She specializes in the treatment of auto and work-related injuries, as well as chronic pain management. Dr. White enjoys working with women before, during, and after pregnancy as well as caring for infants and children. Being a mother herself, Dr. White understands first hand the importance of regular chiropractic care beginning at birth for a healthier child.

"I find many of my patients are not well educated about the condition and potential of their own body. This is why I take the time to thoroughly explain my findings with each patient, then teach them how they can alter their lifestyle to achieve and maintain optimal health."

Dr. Hernandez

Dr. Jorge Hernandez

Chiropractor

Dr. Jorge Hernandez is originally from Puerto Rico, where he finished all his pre-professional studies at University of Puerto Rico earning a Bachelor in Natural Sciences. He earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2005. Fluent both in English and Spanish, he is willing to offer chiropractic services to anyone in need, no matter their background. He is experienced in working with automobile, sports and work-related injuries. Being an athlete in his school years, he understands the functioning and the needs of the body under different kinds of stressors, so overall wellness is the main purpose.

When he is not at the clinic, he spends quality time getting knuckles deep working on cars, or at the lake, where he takes his personal watercrafts to have some good fun. He cheers to the Vikings, the Wild and could follow the Lynx, Timberwolves and the Twins. Dr. Hernandez also shows his dance moves with a performance line dance team called the Back Road Kickers, teaching and dancing around the twin cities.

Angela Miller

Angela Miller

Office Manager

I began working for White Chiropractic in 2010 and have enjoyed all the years of helping patients feel better. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 12 and have been bringing my children for regular adjustments since they were born! The chiropractor was the first place we went after leaving the hospital! Going to the chiropractor is my go to for our medical needs.

When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, listening to music, spending time with the special people in my life and snuggling my children and pets. I also love to organize and find myself reorganizing things for fun!

Ellie

Ellie Ruf

Wellness Advocate/Chiropractic Technician

I have been using chiropractic services since I was 11 years old while participating in sports. I love working in this type of environment due to seeing people improve their health and wellbeing. Chiropractic services have not only benefited me in the short term but also in the long term as I have been able to heal from many previous sports injuries.

Outside of work I love to be in the gym and outside anytime with my dog who is crazy! I also love to cook and bake goodies for the team here at White Chiropractic.
