Dr. Sheila White is a Chiropractor who uses a holistic approach to health care. She did her pre-professional education at Moorhead State University and Brainerd Community College. She also completed 500 hours of training at Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy, working several years as a massage therapist before becoming a chiropractor. Dr. White received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN in 1995. As a former massage therapist, Dr. White has a unique understanding for treating soft tissues and a special touch her patients enjoy!
Dr. White is also certified in acupuncture with additional training in applied kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, and nutritional counseling. She specializes in the treatment of auto and work-related injuries, combining on-site rehabilitative exercise programs with chiropractic care for optimum recovery from injuries. Dr. White enjoys working with women before, during, and after pregnancy as well as caring for infants and children. Being a mother herself, Dr. White understands first hand the importance of regular chiropractic care beginning at birth for a healthier child.

Dr. Nicole Lantz is a chiropractor with a strong belief in lifelong, family care. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995 majoring in Anthropology. Dr. Lantz received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 2002.
Dr. Lantz has additional training in pediatric care, caring for pregnant women, applied and clinical kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, and nutritional counseling. She also specializes in auto and work-related injuries and is certified in acupuncture.
As a mother of two children she knows first hand the importance and benefit of regular chiropractic care beginning at birth.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Lantz has an interest in treating health conditions through the use of herbs and natural supplements. She believes if the body is supported with the building blocks it needs to function optimally one’s health will come into balance naturally. She has a passion in helping women balance their hormones through specific testing. All nutritional recommendations are individualized to the patient.
